1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Build A Team platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Build A Team ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
3. Account Registration
When registering an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not create multiple accounts or use another user's account
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Obligations
As a user of the Platform, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Platform in a lawful and ethical manner
- Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the Platform and others
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security
- Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Activation & Upgrades
The Platform offers multiple activation levels:
- Starter (₱50): Income limit ₱1,400
- Basic (₱100): Income limit ₱2,800
- Premium (₱200): Income limit ₱5,600
- Elite (₱400): Income limit ₱11,200
By activating or upgrading your account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All activation and upgrade payments are non-refundable
- Income limits are based on your current activation level
- You must upgrade to continue earning once you reach your income limit
- Activation is required to earn bonuses and withdraw earnings
6. Compensation Plan
The Platform's compensation plan includes:
- Referral Bonuses: Earned when a referred user activates their account
- Pairing Bonuses: Earned when your left and right teams are balanced
- Daily Login Points: Earned by logging in daily and can be converted to cash
All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
- Bonuses are automatically calculated and credited to your account
- Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and fees
- Referral bonus is fixed at ₱20 per activated referral for all levels
- Pairing bonus is fixed at ₱30 per pair for all levels
- All bonus calculations are final and binding
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to the following terms:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100
- A 10% tax fee is deducted from all withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours
- Withdrawals are sent via GCash only
- You must provide accurate GCash account information
- We are not responsible for incorrect GCash details provided by you
8. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from:
- Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities
- Engaging in any form of fraud or deception
- Using automated systems or bots to gain unfair advantages
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operations
- Sharing your account credentials with others
- Posting false or misleading information about the Platform
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse of the referral or compensation system
- Inactivity for an extended period (6 months or more)
- Any other reason deemed appropriate by the Platform
Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending bonuses or earnings that have not been withdrawn. Any unpaid earnings may be forfeited.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That the Platform will meet your specific requirements
- That the Platform will be secure or free from viruses
- Any specific earnings or results from using the Platform
Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your efforts and team-building activities.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build A Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
- Any content obtained from the Platform
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Philippines.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
